This page is designed to provide students with a ready reference to many commonly encountered questions regarding the use of some of the technical features included within this course website. If you have a specific question or should you encounter a problem using any of these special course features, you should always consult this page first. Follow the "links" furnished on this page to the appropriate technical resource. A number of of these resources provide visual "simulations" offering detailed step by step directions that demonstrate exactly how to use many of the special features and applications incuded as part of this course. Simply "click" on the appropriate link and run the simulation. You can pause or re-play each simulation as necessary. After viewing the applicable simulation, if you still have questions about how to use that resource, you may also contact Professor Martin directly for further assistance.

  Downloading the free Adobe Acrobat Reader

Many of the course resources (e.g., cases, documents, articles, etc.) are provided in digital format as Adobe Acrobat PDF files in order to preserve their original text formatting. In order to view these files in their original format, you must install the Adobe Reader (a free download) onto your computer. Go to Adobe's website and follow the instructions for downloading the Reader.
