Welcome to Professor Martin's website for Section 3 of the Fall Semester 2016 Torts I Course.
This is a site where students can access a variety of supplemental materials prepared by Professor Martin to aid in their study of the Torts materials in this Course. Among other things, this site contains a variety of Exercises and Tutorials on some of the individual topics that we will cover in this Course throughout the semester. In addition, this site also provides a significant amount of very detailed explanatory content on various different topics and issues that should be particularly useful to 1L students.
